Well the "holiday season" is upon us & for most of the mother's I know it is not much of a holiday. Santa Claus has big shoes to fill & it is usually done by a woman wearing size 7 shoes. I cannot believe that I am already witnessing marketing for Christmas shopping before we have even celebrated Thanksgiving. Please watch THE REAL PILGRIM STORY above & share it with your friends & family. This changed my perspective & changed how our family celebrates. I have read that many people are upset that they are going to have to work on the up coming holidays. I cannot say that I blame them. I remember "back in the day" when if you did not plan ahead your only option was to go to a 7Eleven to pick up the missing ingredient while paying an arm & a leg for it. Lack of planning should come at a price. Since we are so caught up in the commercialization of these reverent family times instead of even acknowledging the reason for the season "Jesus is the reason for the Season" I encourage you to shop with a conscience. Here is the "Naughty & Nice" stores that allow their employees to say "Merry Christmas." I have been anti-crap from China for decades & I encourage you to do the same while supporting corporations that hold the family values you agree with. During this holiday season my family & I will volunteer to help at many non-profit events to mark our support for our community & our fellow human beings.
Everything we do and say is important. God is watching you no matter what God you serve. If Christmas becomes a time of chaos & confusion please remember that "Jesus is the Reason for the Season" otherwise what message are we giving our children & the world?
