"All I need is love but I'll settle for chocolate"

Edible InspirationTM  came to be not by my genius (lol) but by divine inspiration. I was jarred awake (and I mean jarred awake at 3am) from a deep sleep by the presence of God & Edible InspirationTM was born. Over many, many months of prototyping & development by the "grace" of God this is my contribution to society. As a child I was allergic to everything (horses, chocolate, citrus, shellfish, dogs, cats, dust...) you name it I could not eat it or be around it. My mother in her infinite wisdom decided that I would not have allergy shots (but I would not be allowed to have it or be around it) I do believe that she did me more good than I originally thought. You see I always felt like the odd kid out, but in hindsight, I feel very blessed.  I look at others who were given years & years of allergy shots & their endocrine systems are shot & at an early age. Well many years later I have & enjoy all of those things that I was not allowed to have as a kid and guess what I have horses, cats, dogs, dust and of course chocolate everyday and don't suffer.
